Sales are the best time of year to discover new products and treat yourself to something special, especially those items you wouldn’t usually splurge on at full price ;). It’s also a great chance to finally get those things that have been sitting on your wishlist for months (or even years, like the Dyson Airwarp, maybe?) at a discount that makes it irresistible.
This year, I picked up several French beauty products on sale that I’ve been wanting to try for a while but didn’t want to buy at full price. I’m currently switching up my hair care routine as I grow out my hair (stay tuned for an upcoming post about this!), and I decided to try Leonor Greyl’s products for thin hair. I got a few items like the Shampooing au Miel, Condition Naturelle, Bain Volumateur aux Algues, and Masque Fleurs de Jasmin.
I also want to share a few products that I tried, tested, and absolutely loved this year. I highly recommend grabbing them during the Nordstrom Sale. These include the L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil, with its amazing scent of warm vanilla and fresh almonds; the Jardins Collection by Hermès (I absolutely adore and regularly feature Un Jardin sur le Nil, my favorite); or this Clarins Double Serum Duo Set, which is one of the best serums I’ve ever tried and a cult favorite from Clarins.
If you have an oily or sensitive scalp and are searching for the perfect detox shampoo, I highly recommend Christophe Robin’s Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt. It’s a personal favorite of mine and I often feature it on the blog. I also spotted this Diptyque Eau Rose Eau de Parfum Set on sale and this Sisley Paris Face Care Set, which includes two of my all-time favorite products: the Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream and the Floral Toning Lotion. Lastly, if you’re looking for easy-to-use eyeshadows, you can’t go wrong with Laura Mercier’s Caviar Stick Eyeshadows :).
