3. Astier De Villatte Opéra
The Astier de Villatte Opéra candle is fragranced with a symphony of beeswax absolute, sandalwood, and styrax resin. It evokes the splendor of the Opéra Garnier. 5. Frederic Malle Country Home
The Country Home candle by Frederic Malle is inspired by the memory of a fireplace surrounded by leather armchairs in a house lost in the Scottish countryside.
The flames crackle in the hearth and the logs blacken and cover themselves with soot, releasing a smell of smoke and pine needles that envelops the room. Notes are Styrax, Cedar, Leather, Fir balsam, Pine, and Styrax.
6. Diptyque Noisetier
The Diptyque Noisetier candle evokes the freshness of green leaves and the delicately crunchy, praline notes of hazelnuts on the cusp of ripening. This is one of my favorite candles for the autumn season!
Notes: Aldehyde, Hazelnut, Amber, Capsicum, Cedar, Clove, Incense, Musk. You can pair the Noisetier candle with the Mousse candle; the woody and green scent of hazelnuts mingles with the wet, earthy fragrance of the moss, which evokes a walk in the forest undergrowth.
Or pair the Noisetier candle with the Vanille candle and you’ll obtain the scent of delicious lightly roasted hazelnuts, fresh from the oven.
7. Trudon Solis Rex
The Trudon Solis Rex candle is inspired by the scent of the Chateau de Versailles’s Hall of Mirrors. Opening to refreshing citrus notes of eucalyptus and orange, this heady scent has a heart of fir’s bark that radiates warmth and aromatic base notes of cedarwood and incense that linger long after the flame has burned out. Notes: Eucalyptus, Green notes, Orange, Fir Tree, Cedar, Incense, Resin.

The Diptyque Bois Ciré candle is a warm, woody scent, with resinous, waxy accents. I love this scented candle for fall as it instantly reminds me of the great hall of ancient castles.
