Lately, I’ve never felt more inspired when it comes to fashion, beauty, and home décor! Could it be because I’m back in France? Maybe… or more likely, definitely! One of the things I absolutely love about France is the abundance of charming boutiques, both small and large, and the sheer number of beautiful French and Parisian brands offering stunning pieces in such a wide range of styles. Often, these are things you simply can’t find anywhere else. If you’re planning a few days (or weeks?) in Paris or other French cities, shopping is truly one of the best activities you can indulge in!
Today, I wanted to share a little post highlighting my latest favorites, or as we say in French, my “coups de cœur”—the lovely things I’ve recently discovered, purchased, or added to my wishlist. Whether it’s a jacket that’s perfect for braving the rainy autumn weather, equestrian-inspired boots to add a chic touch to your outfits, a delightful orange blossom perfume, or the perfect pair of jeans, I hope my “coups de cœur” inspire you. And if nothing else, maybe you’ll learn a new French expression ;)!

- Trudon Gabriel Candle — As I mentioned in my previous post about autumn in Bordeaux, Gabriel is truly my favorite candle for the autumn/winter season! It has a rich and delightful scent of roasted (or candied?) chestnuts, fireplace wood, and musk. I do love it!
- Le Parapluie de Cherbourg Le Ville — I love this umbrella, which has been on my wishlist for years! I was already familiar with this French brand, but I discovered this particular model and color while watching Lupin Part 3 on Netflix. The color is perfect and will bring joy and cheer to even the gloomiest rainy days.
- Barbour Oversized Liddesdale Quilted Jacket — I couldn’t resist buying this beautiful Barbour jacket! To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the iconic Liddesdale jacket, Barbour reimagined the style with a modern twist, featuring a 1994 signature look in an oversized version. This jacket wasn’t available on Net-a-Porter France, but I found it here on Liberty (in case any of my British or French friends are interested). I just received it, and it’s such a beautiful jacket! However, Barbour runs a bit large, so I reordered it in one size down (UK 8). The UK 10, which is my usual size, is a bit too long and oversized. I’d definitely recommend sizing down.
- Massimo Dutti High Neck Knit Jumper — I love wearing this beautiful burgundy turtleneck sweater, which will be perfect under my new Barbour jacket.
- Sylvaine Delacourte Osiris — I’ve been obsessed with orange blossom perfumes ever since I visited Seville, Spain, last spring. My current favorite fragrance is Osiris by Sylvaine Delacourte, which I purchased last year and recently brought back from my beauty cabinet for the season. It’s absolutely divine!
- Massimo Dutti Mid-Rise Straight-Leg Jeans — These are my favorite jeans at the moment! They’re perfect whether I pair them with my Carel ankle boots or my Tod’s loafers.
- Gérard Darel Le Suzanne — I adore crossbody bags that you can easily wear over a jacket! I’ve added this velvety Le Suzanne bag to my wishlist, which will pair perfectly with my new Barbour jacket. I’m still deciding on the color.
- Massimo Dutti Riding-Style Boots — For years, I’ve been searching for a pair of chic equestrian-style boots reminiscent of Hermès’ iconic jumping boots. I absolutely love these Massimo Dutti boots, which also come in a brown suede version. I recommend styling them with black stirrup leggings, like this pair from Mango.
- Jennifer Behr Satin Bow Hair Clip — Inspired by Chanel’s latest Haute Couture show, I’ve developed a passion for hair bows. I adore this elegant clip from Jennifer Behr. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a chic, easy, and quick hairstyle.
- Tod’s Fringed Glossed-Leather Brogues — A few years ago, I treated myself to a pair of chunky loafers from Tod’s, and I’ve been a fan of the brand ever since. Although their shoes are pricey, the quality is incredible. I think these are the most beautiful shoes in my collection! This season, I’m in love with these gorgeous brogues, though I’m still torn between this pair and a perhaps more timeless black version. I’d love to splurge on them this season.
