Wearing white jeans can be a bit daring, but they’re such a timeless and ultra-chic piece for our wardrobes. Whether they’re ecru, ivory, or cream, white jeans are a great alternative to classic blue denim when you want to look a bit more polished. You can style them in so many ways—with ballet flats, loafers, a navy-blue blazer, a cotton-poplin shirt, or even a Breton striped top for that perfect nautical chic vibe.

1. With a Navy Blue Blazer
I just love this preppy look! Start with the très chic J.Crew sailor denim in ecru and pair it with the gorgeous Sézane Michele jacket. If you’re looking for an alternative, the Sandro double-breasted blazer I bought a few years ago is a great option—I wear it all the time! Finish off the outfit with the Albane loafers in burgundy and the Le Tanneur Emie medium handbag, which is one of my absolute favorites this season!
2. With a Soft Blue Poplin Shirt
I love pairing a light blue cotton poplin shirt with white denim. For this look, try the Sébline striped cotton-poplin shirt (I found a similar one at Mango) and layer it with the Sandro beige tweed top. Finish off the outfit with Sandro wide-leg canvas pants (or Mango high-waist wide-leg jeans), the gorgeous Tod’s Mocassino patent-leather loafers (made in Italy!), and the chic Le Tanneur Emie bag.
3. With a Chic Vest
I just adore this look! White pairs so well with earthy tones like beige and camel. This Max Mara wool and satin jacquard vest will look super chic with the Massimo Dutti mid-rise wide-leg jeans. Finish it off with these velvet slippers inspired by Venetian gondolier shoes (I love the raspberry color!) and the cute Le Tanneur bag.
4. With a Camel Cropped Jacket
Most of these pieces were featured in my previous post about my French fall essentials for the rentrée (back-to-school season). This season, try this gorgeous camel cropped jacket that will look amazing with your favorite white denim—I highly recommend Massimo Dutti’s mid-rise wide-leg jeans. Finish the look with a leather belt (I’m in love with this Sandro leather belt in burgundy) and these fabulous Carel Paris Audrey patent-leather boots in burgundy and camel.
5. With Stripes
This chic mid-season look is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall! If you have the A-Emery Jalen suede sandals, you can still wear them at the beginning of fall with white denim, like these J.Crew low-rise wide-leg jeans. Add a cute and comfy J.Crew relaxed Emilie lady jacket with stripes over a classic white t-shirt, and finish it off with the adorable Le Tanneur Emilie bag.
